During this period,with colleague’s help and my effort,I get many operation skills in logisitics area such as cargo transportation,customs clearance,also dealing with emergency case which make me able to operate shipment smoothly.
In dealing customer’s require,I timely reply and try my best to offer best solution to higher our profit & lower client’s cost and get client’s praise.At the same time of maintaining old clients’ relationship,I’m also positive to expand our business through network or mailing our “l(fā)ogistics zone“ and get some effects.
Now,my salary is very lower and under the market which is not accordant with my ability,for pushing me more positive in my work and also our company’s rapid expanding,I apply for salary increase as follow
1.salary:up RMBXXX based on my current salary.
2.traffic allowance:RMBXXX.
3.lunch allowance:RMBXXX.
4.communication fee:up RMBXXXX to RMBXXXX

Im grateful for the opportunity to work for you and I enjoy doing .so I hope youll agree that, in the two years Ive worked for you, Ive become an integral member of your team and accomplished a great deal.
However, Im still working for the initial salary on which we agreed two years ago. As I recall, we also agreed to renegotiate my salary in two years based on my accomplishments, and that time has come. In light of my accomplishments and as per our agreement, Im respectfully requesting an immediate pay rise of six percent, to be followed in six months by a performance-based pay rise of an additional three percent.
I strongly feel that Ive earned the immediate pay raise and Im confident that I will also earn the six-month raise based on my performance. But Im willing to negotiate, as per our agreement. If you would like to meet to discuss this, please let me know.
