語法：一般過去時(II)
(一)規則動詞的過去式變化規則：
1.直接在詞尾加ed，如：
clean→cleaned talk→talked cook→cooked
2.若原動詞詞尾已有e時，則只在詞尾加上d即可，如：
live→lived hate→hated introduce→introduced
3.若原動詞詞尾之后三個字母和音標的排列，均為「子音+母音+子音」時，則須重復字尾，再加ed，如：shop→shopped
4.若原動詞詞尾為「輔音字母+y」時，則須先去掉y，而后再加ied：hurry→hurried
(二)一般動詞過去式的基本句型如下：
肯定句：主語+動詞的過去式……
否定句：主語+didnot+動詞原形……
*Heplayedtennislastweek.(肯定句)他上周打網球了。
*Hedidnotplaytennislastweek.(否定句)上周他沒打網球。
1.一般動詞過去式的肯定句
Wehadagoodtimeyesterday.昨天我們過得很愉快。
Hehadagoodtimeyesterday.昨天他過得很高興。
一般過去時沒有人稱和數的變化。因此，主語即使是單數、第三人稱，也和其他人稱一樣變化。
*IwatchedTVforanhour.我看了一個小時的`電視。
*ShestudiedRussiantwoyearsago.兩年前他學俄語。
*Wesaidgood-byetoLiMingatfive.五點鐘時，我們和李明說過了再見。
2.一般動詞過去時的否定句
Wedidnothaveagoodtimeyesterday.昨天我們過得不好。
Hedidnotdohishomework.他沒有做作業。
一般動詞過去時的否定句的結構和一般現在時肯定句的結構一樣，不論主語是第幾人稱，還是單、復數，在主語后面加上didnot(而不是donot,或doesnot)就可以了。
否定式didnot常用縮寫形式didn’t。
*Hedidn’thaveclassesthismorning.今天上午他沒課。
*Youdidn’tdoyourbesttodoit.你沒有盡力去做。
課文輔導：
(1)Onceuponatime…從前……
onceuponatime是“從前”的意思，經常用在故事開頭，表示事情發生在很久很久以前。
(2)Shehurriedtothehousetoaskwhereshewas.
她趕快來到那所房子前打聽她在什么地方。
whereshewas是賓語從句，注意特殊疑問句+陳述式語序
Hedoesn’tknowwhathecando.他不知道他能做些什么。
(3)Onatableshecountedthreebowlswithsomenicefoodinthem.
她數了數，在桌子上有三只碗，里面有可口的食物。
Theyarelearningtocount.他們在學數數。
Shecountedtheducksandfoundthatonewasmissing.
她數了數鴨子,發現少了一只。
Hecancountfrom1to100.他能從1數到100
(4)Thetwobigchairswereuncomfortable.兩張大椅子不舒服。
uncomfortable是由comfortable加否定前綴un構成的。
unfriendly不友好的
unhappy不愉快的
(5)Verysoonshewasasleep.她很快就睡著了。
asleep是形容詞，表示“睡著的”意思。gotobed是動詞短語。表示動作“上床睡覺”，但不一定睡著。
I’mtired.I’mgoingtobed.我累了，要上床睡覺。
Hefellasleepinthecar.他在車上睡著了。
(6)Mychairisinpieces!我的椅子都碎了。
(7)Theydidn’tnoticeGoldilocksatfirst.他們一開始沒有注意到金鳳花姑娘。
atfirst開始它的反義詞組是atlast。
eg.Weallwenthomeatlast.我們最后都回家了。
